This Privacy Policy explains how ETF Setups (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by ETF Setups, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use etfsetups.com (the “Service”).

  • Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card and your billing status) but we do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and analytics tools to operate and improve the Service.
  • Communications: messages you send us through support, the contact form, or email.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service and your membership; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (receipts, account and security notices); send the free guide and, if you opt in, marketing or educational emails; respond to support requests; analyze and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud and abuse.

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc., which acts as our payment processor and is responsible for the security of your card data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards. We never receive or store your full card number.

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
